Jupiter's management team and TA Associates are pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of the Jupiter Group* from Commerzbank AG.
The management buyout (MBO), which has been approved by the Financial Services Authority, was agreed during March 2007 at a sale price of £740m (Euro1.088bn or $1.465bn).
