The Communication Workers Union has confirmed that Royal Mail industrial action will commence from midday Thursday, 4 October until midday Saturday 6 October, and then from 3am Monday 8 October until 3am Wednesday 10 October. These will be followed by an unspecified programme of weekly strikes, starting week commencing 15 October, until the resolution of the dispute.

Royal Mail have well-developed contingency plans in order to reduce the effect of the strike, but some disruption to our mail is possible.

• Jupiter will receive limited incoming mail on strike days.
• Special delivery items will be delivered by Royal Mail on a best endeavours basis.
• Jupiter is not responsible for any postal delays once mail has been lodged with Royal Mail.
