Important notice for USA persons with existing holdings in Jupiter Unit Trust and Investment Company Funds.

We have recently sent out letters to our USA investors. It is very important our USA investors respond to these letters as failure to do so will result in us having to redeem your holding.  If you live in the USA and have not received such a letter please contact us, so that we can investigate. We have provided a brief summary of what the letter contains below.

Due to US reporting and withholding tax obligations we require documentation from you in order to continue your investment in compliance with US IRS requirements. We have sent out two forms a W-8BEN form and a W-9 form. We need you to complete the relevant form in order for us to comply with all relevant legislation and regulations. If we do not receive either a W-8BEN and supporting materials or a W-9 within 90 days of the date of this letter, we will deem this as a written instruction to sell.  We will carry out any sale at the published price at the next valuation point after the 90 days have expired.
