This year, the last date for placing your 2009/2010 ISA deal by phone, or delivering your ISA application form to us is Monday 5 April. So that you do not miss out on this years ISA allowance, please make a note of the following deadlines and opening hours.
- Saturday 3 April - Our Kings Hill office will be open from 09.00-17.00 for telephone ISA applications and ISA application forms sent via the Royal Mail. All postal ISA applications must be received by 17.00. Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for delays in the delivery of post.
- Monday 5 April - Our Kings Hill office will be open from 09.00-15.00 for telephone ISA applications and hand delivered ISA application forms only.

Telephone ISA applications
To place your ISA investment by phone and pay by debit card, please call our Customer Services team on 020 7314 7600.
Telephone lines will be open from 09.00 until 17.00 on Saturday 3 April and 09.00 until 15.00 on Monday 5 April.
Important information
All valid ISA applications received both on Saturday 3 April and Monday 5 April will be registered as a 2009/10 ISA, but will receive the fund price as at 12 noon on Tuesday 6 April.
Unit Trust to ISA conversions - Requests to convert from a Unit Trust to an ISA for this tax year (2009/10) can only be accepted until 12 noon on Thursday 1 April.
Investment Companies savings scheme to ISA conversions - Requests to convert from an investment companies saving scheme plan to an ISA for this tax year (2009/10) can only be accepted until 11.00 on Wednesday 31 March.
