Royal Mail has announced that industrial action will take place on Thursday 26 July 2007. Although Royal Mail has well developed contingency plans in place in order to reduce the impact of the strike, some disruption to our mail delivery service is possible.

We have received confirmation from Royal Mail that we are likely to receive limited incoming mail on 26 July 2007 and that Special Delivery items will be delivered by Royal Mail on a best endeavours basis.

Please be assured that Jupiter will make every effort to ensure that any impact to our clients as a result of the industrial action is kept to a minimum. Jupiter cannot, however, be held responsible for any postal delays once mail has been lodged with Royal Mail.
