The Jupiter Asian Fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth by investing directly or indirectly in companies with interests in countries in Asia and the Pacific Basin, including Australasia and India.
From 1 September 2009, Ben Surtees assumed management of the Jupiter Asian Fund. Ben manages various Asian portfolios, including the Jupiter Asia Pacific Fund (SICAV). Ben targets businesses that have emerging franchises with the potential to become market leaders. This means that his portfolio can have a bias towards smaller and medium-sized growth companies.
