Anthony Nutt - Head, Income and UK Equities Teams

Anthony Nutt joined Jupiter in 1996 and has managed Jupiter's largest unit trust, the Jupiter Income Trust, since May 2000.  He also manages the Jupiter High Income Trust (Unit Trust), the equity portion of the Jupiter Distribution Fund, as well as the Jupiter Dividend and Growth Trust Plc and Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust Plc Investment Trust.  Anthony also runs the Jupiter Income Trust (Jersey Feeder) and one specialist UK Equity mandate.  Anthony is a Director of Jupiter Investment Management Group Limited and Jupiter Asset Management Limited.  Anthony has managed institutional investment funds since 1983 and was responsible for managing one of the largest UK unit trusts on behalf of a UK clearing bank.  Prior to joining Jupiter, Anthony was a Director of the asset management division of a leading merchant bank, responsible for leading investment trusts as well as the management of specialist and balanced pension funds on behalf of key UK and overseas clients.  Anthony studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at London Open University.

Edward Bonham Carter - Fund Manager, UK Equities Team

Edward Bonham Carter joined Jupiter in 1994.  He holds positions including Group Chief Executive of Jupiter Investment Management Group Limited as well as Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer of Jupiter Asset Management Limited. Edward has managed the Jupiter Undervalued Assets Fund (Unit Trust) since January 2001, prior to which he managed the Jupiter UK Growth Fund (from January 1995). Edward started his career in the early 1980s at Schroder Investment Management analysing UK and US equities. In 1986, he joined Electra Investment where he successfully managed quoted portfolio accounting for some 30% of the trust's assets. In 1994 he joined Jupiter with a brief to manage high performance funds invested in the UK stock market.  Edward studied Economics and Politics at Manchester University.

Richard Curling- Fund Manager, UK Equities Team

Richard Curling joined Jupiter in 2006 and manages the Jupiter UK Smaller Companies Fund (Unit Trust) and an institutional mandate. Prior to joining Jupiter, Richard worked for Morgan Grenfell as Manager of the UK pensions and Income Funds before moving to Deutsche Bank where he was appointed Managing Director and Head of Small Cap. In this position, which he held for more than ten years, Richard was responsible for managing the UK and European Small Cap team and running Small Cap equity mandates. Between 1996 and 2003, he was also Head of Global Small Cap and responsible for the Global/EAFE Small Cap product.  Richard has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Edinburgh University and is an Associate of the Society of Investment Analysts.

Philip Gibbs - Fund Manager, UK Equities Team

Philip Gibbs joined Jupiter in 1997 and has managed the Jupiter Financial Opportunities Fund (Unit Trust) since its launch in May of that year. He also manages the Jupiter Hyde Park Hedge Fund plc, and the Jupiter Second Split Trust plc, three specialist UK Equity mandates and UK Growth Fund (Jersey Feeder).  He is co-manager of the Jupiter Global Financials Fund (SICAV).  Philip is a Director of Jupiter Investment Management Group Limited and Jupiter Asset Management Limited. In 1983 he qualified as a chartered accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell. Between 1983 and 1990 he worked for Laing and Cruickshank as a stockbroking analyst specialising in equities of UK financial companies. Between 1990 and 1997 he performed the same role for BZW.  Philip studied History at Cambridge University and is ACA qualified.

Philip Matthews - Fund Manager, Income and UK Equities Teams

Philip Matthews joined Jupiter in 1999 as an Assistant Fund Manager on the Jupiter Income Fund and the Jupiter Global Technology Fund.  He currently manages the Jupiter Growth & Income Fund (Unit Trust). He is a Director of Jupiter Asset Management.  Prior to joining Jupiter, Philip worked at Chesterton plc in the Residential Investment and Development Department.  Philip studied at Cambridge University where he obtained a BA (Hons) in Modern & Medieval Languages (Italian & German).

Ian McVeigh - Fund Manager, UK Equities Team

Ian McVeigh joined Jupiter in 2003 to manage the Jupiter UK Growth Fund (Unit Trust), Jupiter Ganymede Hedge Fund, institutional money and Jupiter UK Growth Fund (Jersey Feeder).  Ian was previously at Schroder Investment Management, during which time he managed the Schroder Income Fund, Schroder Split Investment and Trust, as well as the Schroder Income Growth Investment Trust.  Prior to joining Jupiter, Ian worked for Parkway Capital where he was appointed Joint Chief Investment Officer.  He studied Modern History at Merton College, Oxford and has completed the Stock Exchange Exams.

Robert Mumby - Fund Manager, UK Equities Team

Robert Mumby joined Jupiter in 2006 and is currently Co-Manager of Jupiter Global Financials Fund (SICAV).  Robert started his career in corporate finance at the Industrial Bank of Japan before moving to KPMG where he worked in audits, tax and corporate finance.  Prior to joining Jupiter, Robert worked for twelve years as an investment analyst specialising in financial services companies, most recently Canaccord Capital, but also HSBC, ABN and BZW/CSFB.  Robert has a BSc Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester and is ACA qualified.

Laurie Petar - Fund Manager, UK Equities Team

Laurie Petar joined Jupiter in 1999 and is currently Manager of the Jupiter Fund of Investment Trusts (Unit Trust) and Jupiter Monthly Income Fund (Unit Trust), as well as a Director of Jupiter Asset Management Ltd.  Laurie is a specialist Investment Trust Manager with more than 30 years investment experience.  Prior to joining Jupiter, he was a consultant to HSBC Securities, an Executive Director at UBS Securities and a partner at Gilbert Eliott and Co.  Laurie is also a member of the Securities Institute.

Derek Pound - Fund Manager, UK Equities Team

Derek Pound joined Jupiter in 1995 as a Fund Manager within the UK Equities Team where he currently manages the UK and Resources portions of the Jupiter Global Managed Fund (Unit Trust).  Prior to joining Jupiter, Derek was an Assistant Fund Manager at WF Investment Management. He studied Economics at Westminster University and is ASIP qualified.

Chris Watt joined Jupiter in 1999 as a Client Services Executive and became an Assistant Fund Manager in 2000.  He is currently Manager of the Jupiter Environmental Income Fund (Unit Trust) and Deputy Fund Manager of Jupiter UK Alpha Fund (Unit Trust).  For most of his career at Jupiter, Chris has worked as an Assistant Fund Manager on the UK equity desk. In August 2006 he extended these responsibilities to include Socially Responsible Investment.  Chris has a BSc Geography and an MSc Cert in Investment & Finance, both from Aberdeen University.

Ben Whitmore- Fund Manager, UK Equities Team

Ben Whitmore joined Jupiter in October 2006 to manage the Jupiter UK Special Situations Fund (Unit Trust) and Jupiter UK Alpha Fund (Unit Trust).  Prior to joining Jupiter, Ben worked at Schroders managing both retail and institutional portfolios and some £2bn of assets - including the £281m Schroder Recovery Fund - establishing an excellent track record as a value-driven, contrarian fund manager.  Ben studied Geography at St John's College, Cambridge University.

Steve Davies - Member, UK Equities Team

Steve Davies joined Jupiter in 2007 as a member of the UK Equities Team responsible for supporting the management of the Jupiter UK Growth Fund.  Steve worked as a Retail Analyst and Senior Retail Analyst respectively for Retail Intelligence before moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was appointed Assistant Director of the Retail and Branded Goods team.  Prior to joining Jupiter, Steve was head of the retail research team at Numis Securities.  Steve studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University.

Alex Darwall - Head, European Equities Team Director, Jupiter Asset Management
Alex Darwall joined Jupiter in 1995.  He is a Director of Jupiter Asset Management Limited and heads up the Jupiter European Team while also managing the Jupiter European Fund (Unit Trust), the Jupiter European Opportunities Trust, the Jupiter European Growth Fund (SICAV), one specialist European Equity mandate and the Jupiter European Fund (Jersey Feeder).  Alex originally joined Jupiter to run the European portion of a number of segregated pension fund accounts, subsequently taking responsibility for other accounts including County Council pension funds (European portion).  In 1999, he assumed management of the Jupiter European Investment Trust and subsequently the rollover vehicle, the Jupiter European Opportunities Trust (Investment Trust), which launched in November 2000.  Alex trained as an investment analyst with de Zoete & Bevan (BZW) before moving to Enskilda Securities in Paris in 1987, where he became head of French equity research. He joined Goldman Sachs in London in 1992, where he worked as a French equity analyst prior to moving to Jupiter.  Alex studied History at Cambridge University.

Elena Shaftan - Head, Emerging European Equities Team

Elena Shaftan joined Jupiter in 2002 and has been successfully managing the Cominvest European Emerging Market Equity Fund since September 2000. Before joining Jupiter Elena managed Eastern European equities at AIB Govett Asset Management for six years. In addition to the Cominvest Fund Elena has managed the following Funds since launch - Jupiter Emerging European Opportunities Fund (Unit Trust), Jupiter Emerging Europe Select (SICAV), Jupiter New Europe (SICAV) and the Jupiter Emerging European Opportunities Fund (Jersey Feeder).

Cédric de Fonclare - Fund Manager, European Equities Team

Cédric de Fonclare joined Jupiter in 1999 and has managed the Jupiter European Special Situations Fund (Unit Trust) since July 2005. He manages the Jupiter European Opportunities (SICAV) and the Continental European component of two additional portfolios for the group - CCR Centrale Croissance Europe and the Jupiter Global Managed Fund (Unit Trust) - as well as institutional monies.  Cédric studied International Business Administration at Sorbonne University.

Ingrid Kukuljan - Fund Manager, Emerging European Equities Team
Ingrid Kukuljan joined Jupiter in 2004 and currently works as co-manager (with Elena Shaftan) of the Emerging European Opportunities Fund (Unit Trust), Global Managed Fund (Unit Trust - Eastern European component), Jupiter Emerging European Select (SICAV), Jupiter New Europe (SICAV), Jupiter Emerging European Opportunities Fund (Jersey Feeder) and Cominvest Europe Emerging Equity Fund.  Prior to joining Jupiter, Ingrid was Director of Investor Relations of Pliva, one of Eastern Europe's largest pharmaceutical companies and one of the top ten global generic companies.  She also worked at Lazard Capital Markets for six years. Ingrid studied Italian and Business Studies at the University College, London.

Malcolm Millar - Fund Manager, European Equities Team
Malcolm Millar joined Jupiter in 2002, and manages the recently launched Jupiter European Income Fund (Unit Trust).  He has managed Pan-European funds since May 2003.  Malcolm qualified as a Chartered Accountant in PricewaterhouseCoopers' middle market division before working on PwC's Public Company Corporate Finance Advisory Team.   He also holds the Securities Institute Diploma and a BA from Oxford in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.

Stephen Pearson - Fund Manager, European Equities Team

Stephen Pearson joined Jupiter in 2001 and is currently manager of the Jupiter Europa Hedge Fund and Lyxor Jupiter Europa Hedge Fund.  He has more than 15 years of European investment experience and prior to joining Jupiter, held positions at both Sloane Robinson and GT Management.  Stephen holds the Securities Institute Diploma and studied Classics at Oxford University.

Michael Buhl-Nielsen - Member, European Equities Team

Michael Buhl-Nielsen joined Jupiter in December 2006 as a European Hedge Fund Analyst providing analytical and fund management support to Stephen Pearson on the Jupiter Europa Hedge Fund.  Prior to this he worked at Centaurus Capital and Credit Suisse as a special situations analyst. He has also held positions structuring and trading derivatives at Daiwa Securities, SMBC Europe and Lehman Brothers International.  Michael studied Mathematics at the Imperial College, London and is qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I and II.

Colin Croft joined Jupiter's Emerging European Equities Team in August 2006 as an analyst.  Prior to this he was studying an Executive MBA at the London Business School.

Philip Ehrmann - Joint Head, Far Eastern Equities Team

Philip Ehrmann joined Jupiter in October 2006 and launched the Jupiter China Fund (Unit Trust) during the same month, as well as managing the Jupiter Asian Fund (Unit Trust). Philip also manages the Jupiter Asia Pacific Hedge Fund, launched in April 2007. Philip is a Director of Jupiter Asset Management Ltd.  He started his career in 1981 in institutional equity sales, focusing on US West Coast growth companies, before moving to INVESCO in 1984, as a portfolio manager specialising in North American equities. In 1990, Philip was appointed a partner and Head of the Emerging Markets desk. In 1995, he moved to Gartmore to take on the role of Head of Global Emerging Markets and then went on to become head of Pacific and Emerging Markets. In 2000, he was named Fund Manager of the Year, Emerging Markets, by Investment Week.  Philip studied Economics at the London School of Economics.

Simon Somerville - Joint Head, Far Eastern Equities Team

Simon Somerville joined Jupiter in 2005 as Head of the Far Eastern Equity Team and is responsible for managing the Jupiter Japan Income Fund (Unit Trust), which he has managed since its launch in September 2005, as well as the Japanese component of the Jupiter Global Managed Fund (Unit Trust) and Global Technology Fund (Unit Trust).  Simon previously worked for Cazenove Fund Management as Head of Global and Japan Equities. He is a director of Jupiter Asset Management Ltd.  Simon Somerville studied at Durham University where he gained a degree in Economics.

Ben Surtees - Fund Manager, Far Eastern Equities
Ben Surtees joined Jupiter in 1999 as a member of the sales and marketing department and was appointed as Fund Manager of the Far East Desk the following year.  He is currently a Fund Manager of the Far Eastern Equities Team responsible for the Jupiter Global Fund Asia Pacific Fund (SICAV), as well as the Far Eastern portion of the Jupiter Global Managed Fund (Jersey Feeder) and Jupiter Global Technology Fund (Unit Trust).  Ben studied Politics at the University of East Anglia.

Avinash Vazirani - Head, South Asia Equities Team

Avinash Vazirani joined Jupiter in 2007 as head of the South Asia Equities Team responsible for managing the Peninsular South Asia Access Fund (India long only) and Peninsular Alpha Fund (India long/short).  Prior to joining Jupiter, Avinash was CIO (South Asia and Africa) of BNP Paribas Asset Management before moving to Peninsula Capital Partners LLP as Managing Partner.  Avinash is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA 1986).

Joanna Lee - Member, South Asia Equities Team

Joanna Lee joined Jupiter in 2007 as a Senior Operational Analyst of the South Asia Equities Team responsible for middle office support.  Before joining Jupiter, Joanna was Financial Controller at Maroon Capital Group Ltd and Head of Operations at Peninsular Capital Partners LLP.  Prior to this, she was the head of accounting and administration for Wickam Capital Limited (Hedge Fund) and worked for more than 10 years as a Financial Controller for Asian Equities at ABN AMRO Bank NV.  Joanna has a BA (Hons) Business Studies from the University of Westminster and is a Fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Rupert Corfield - Fund Manager, Sustained Growth Hedge Fund and co manager of the Jupiter Equity Fund

Rupert Corfield joined Jupiter in 1996.  He is currently responsible for managing the Sustained Growth Hedge Fund and is co manager of the Jupiter Equity Fund. In addition Rupert is the Director responsible for Fund Management Operations, a role that includes responsibility for Dealing, Risk and Attribution and Middle Office Operations. He is also responsible for the incubation and launching of Jupiter's new hedge fund products.  Rupert was an officer in the British Army before joining Grace Family, New York as a Trainee Fund Manager in 1992.  Prior to joining Jupiter, Rupert was a Fund Manager at Second United Securities.  He has completed the Investment Management Certificate.

Sebastian Radcliffe - Fund Manager, US Team

Sebastian Radcliffe joined Jupiter in 1997 and currently manages the Global Technology Fund (Unit Trust), the North American Income Fund (Unit Trust) and the North American component of the Jupiter Global Managed Fund (Unit Trust).  Prior to his appointment as a Fund Manager, Sebastian worked on the US equity desk where he assisted the head of US equities, while focusing on research of the US technology market. He is a Director of Jupiter Asset Management Ltd.  Sebastian obtained the equivalent of an MA from Ecole Superieur de Commerce de Rennes.

John Chatfeild-Roberts, Main Board Member, Head of the Jupiter Independent Funds Team.

John was educated at Cheltenham College, Durham University (Economics) and the RMA Sandhurst.  After a career in the Army, John started his fund management career at Henderson's (1990 - 1995), latterly as head of the fund of funds unit.  This was followed by a move to Lazard Asset Management to set up their successful Multi Manager Team from scratch.  He joined Jupiter in March 2001 to start and lead the team running the award-winning Jupiter Merlin Portfolios.  John also took over as lead manager of the Global Managed Fund (Unit Trust) in November 2001 and he also manages Jupiter Global Managed Fund (Jersey Feeder).  John jointly manages the market-leading Jupiter Merlin Portfolios with Peter Lawery and Algy Smith-Maxwell, who both came with him from Lazard.  John is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and joined the Main Board of Jupiter in 2005.  

Peter Lawery - Fund Manager, Jupiter Independent Funds (JIF) Team

Peter Lawery joined Jupiter in 2001 to jointly run the Jupiter Merlin Funds of Funds range with John Chatfeild-Roberts and Algy Smith-Maxwell.  He is currently a Fund Manager of the Jupiter Independent Funds Team and a Director of Jupiter Asset Management Ltd.  Peter started his career in 1990 working for Hill Samuel Investment. He moved to Lazard Asset Management in 1992 and became a Fund Manager in 1996. Peter is qualified by the Institute of Investment Management and Research (IIMR) (now the UK Society of Investment Professionals).

Algy Smith-Maxwell - Fund Manager, Jupiter Independent Funds (JIF) Team

Algy Smith-Maxwell joined Jupiter in 2001 to jointly run the Jupiter Merlin Funds of Funds range with John Chatfeild-Roberts and Peter Lawery.  He is currently a Fund Manager of the Jupiter Independent Funds Team and a Director of Jupiter Asset Management Ltd.  Algy has more than seven years experience specialising in Multi Manager Funds. He started his career in 1995 as a Fund Analyst for Henderson's and then became a Fund Manager for Lazard.  Algy has completed the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Emma Howard Boyd
Head of SRI & Governance, Director
Emma Howard Boyd has been actively involved in socially responsible investment (SRI) since joining Jupiter Asset Management in 1994. As Head of SRI & Governance, Emma has overall responsibility for the management and future development of Jupiter's Socially Responsible Investment business. She is also responsible for building up Jupiter's corporate governance and engagement services for institutional clients and Jupiter's UK retail funds.

Emma has recently been appointed to the Commission on Environmental Markets and Economic Performance. The Commission has been set up by the UK Government to make detailed proposals specifically on enhancing the UK environmental industries, technologies and markets. Emma is a director of the Triodos Renewable Energy Fund.  She is also a guest faculty member of The Prince of Wales's Business and the Environment Programme.

Emma was Chair of the UK Social Investment Forum until March 2006, when she retired from the board after eight years' service. She was founding Chair of Eurosif, the European Sustainable and Responsible Investment Forum, from its launch until the end of 2002.

Prior to working at Jupiter, Emma specialised in corporate finance at Hill Samuel and Banque Nationale de Paris. She has also worked as a researcher and campaigner for various Non-Governmental Organisations.

Charlie Thomas
Fund Manager, Director
Charlie Thomas joined the Jupiter SRI Team in 2000 and, since September 2003, he has been the lead fund manager of both Jupiter Green Investment Trust and the Jupiter Ecology Fund. Charlie also manages the Climate Change Solutions (SICAV).  Charlie is also responsible for the management of a number of segregated mandates for Jupiter's institutional clients.

Prior to Jupiter, Charlie spent three years working for BP. Firstly as an Environmental Policy Adviser where he was instrumental in developing climate change strategies and policies for the group and later worked on new business development as a Commercial Analyst. Charlie has also worked for the United Nations Environment Programme as well as other financial institutions. Charlie has a BSc from Nottingham University and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London.

Chris Watt
Fund Manager
Chris Watt was appointed fund manager of the Jupiter Environmental Income Fund with effect from 1 January 2007. Chris joined Jupiter in 1999 as a Client Services Executive and became an Assistant Fund Manager in 2000. For most of his career at Jupiter, Chris has worked as an assistant fund manager on the UK equity desk. In August 2006 he extended these responsibilities to include Socially Responsible Investment.

Chris is also deputy fund manager of the Jupiter UK Alpha Fund. As a team based best ideas fund, this means that he works closely with the key fund managers on the UK equity desk.

Chris recently attended The Prince of Wales's Business and the Environment Programme. He has a BSc in Geography from Aberdeen University and an MSc Cert in Investment & Finance also from Aberdeen University.

Abbie Llewellyn-Waters

Abbie joined the Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) and Governance Team in 2007 as an Equities Analyst for Global Green Equities.  Prior to this, Abbie was a Request for Proposals (RFP) Executive within Jupiter's marketing department.  She has BA (Hons) Classics from the University College, London and an Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Edmund Blamey
SRI Research Manager
Edmund Blamey joined Jupiter in 2008 as Research Manager within the SRI & Governance Team. He is responsible for managing the Green and Socially Responsible Investment research function, working with the other research analysts in the team to support Jupiter's fund managers and its business development activities.

Edmund has 12 years experience working in the field of sustainability, most recently at Interface Inc, where he worked as European Sustainability Director for four years. Before that he worked as UK Environmental Affairs Manager at Toyota (GB) for five years. Prior to this he held various environmental related posts in academic and scientific research institutes in addition to carrying out freelance consultancy work.

Edmund has an MSc in Sustainability, Planning & Environmental Policy from Cardiff University and a Joint Honours BSc in Geography & Environmental Biology from St Andrews University

Jenny Strattan
SRI Analyst
As an analyst within the SRI & Governance Team, Jenny undertakes the strategic analysis of companies' corporate environmental and social performance. In particular, she focuses on companies which fall under the clean energy and water management investment themes. In this role she reviews their corporate environmental and social performance with a particular focus on examining the environmental benefits and solutions that the business activities of these companies can provide

Prior to joining Jupiter, Jenny has worked with the SRI Teams at Citigroup, Henderson Global Investors and RCM. In these roles she was responsible for generating company profiles and conducting thematic research. Jenny holds a BA in Economics and Economic History from the University of Leicester and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, where she specialised in Business and the Environment, achieving a distinction.

Cynthia Pinniger
Corporate Governance Analyst
Cynthia is responsible for implementing Jupiter's UK Corporate Governance and Voting Policy across all of Jupiter's institutional and retail funds. Cynthia undertakes corporate governance engagement with companies and co-ordinates Jupiter's responses to Governmental and industry consultations and reviews. Prior to taking on this role, Cynthia was an administrator to several large institutional clients before undertaking the additional role of introducing corporate governance voting for institutional pension funds in 1998.

Ashish Ray

Ashish's role is to assist the Corporate Governance Team in implementing Jupiter's UK corporate governance voting and engagement policy for institutional and retail funds.

Prior to joining Jupiter in August 2007, Ashish was a Corporate Governance Analyst at Fidelity International Ltd (FIL) assisting the Corporate Governance Group in applying FIL's voting policy across its US, UK, HK, Japanese and Indian holdings.  Before this, he was a Research Analyst for Manifest Information Services Ltd responsible for conducting corporate governance research for institutional clients.  Ashish holds an MSc Accounting & Finance from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc Economics from Queen Mary, University of London.

John Hamilton - Head, Fixed Interest Team

John Hamilton joined Jupiter in 1991.  He has managed the Jupiter Corporate Bond Fund (Unit Trust) since its launch in May 1998 and co-managed the Jupiter Distribution Fund (Unit Trust) with Anthony Nutt since its launch in March 2002.  John is a Director of Jupiter Asset Management Ltd and Head of the Fixed Interest Department at Jupiter. He has 28 years experience specialising in fixed interest investment having begun his career in 1979 in the Gilt Department of stockbrokers Laurie Milbank and Co.   In 1981 he moved to the London Life Association where he later became Fixed Interest Manager.  Six years later (and four years prior to it being acquired by Jupiter) he moved to Tyndall Investment Management Limited as Fixed Interest Director.  John studied Mathematics at London University.

Ariel Bezalel - Fund Manager, Fixed Interest Team
Ariel Bezalel joined Jupiter in 1998 as a member of the Fixed Interest team and currently manages the fixed interest component of the Jupiter Monthly Income Fund, Jupiter High Income Fund and Jupiter Global Managed Fund. Ariel has managed the Jupiter Strategic Bond Fund since its launch in June 2008.

Rhys Petheram joined Jupiter in 2006 as a member of the Fixed Interest and UK Equities Teams.  Prior to joining Jupiter, Rhys was an Analyst at Towers Perrin Australia and a Credit Analyst for Utilities at Moody's Investor Services.  He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Finance and a Diploma in Modern Languages (Indonesian), both from the University of Melbourne, as well as the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and Chartered Financial Analyst qualifications.
