Jupiter Asset Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Alistair Gunn as a UK equity income analyst. 

Alistair, who will join Jupiter in August to work with Anthony Nutt as a member of the UK Equity Income Team, has 21 years experience as an analyst, with particular experience in the transport and property sectors.  

For the past four years, Alistair has worked at Arbuthnot Securities as Director of Equity Research covering the transport & logistics sector. Previous to that, he spent two and a half years at Bear Stearns International as Managing Director of Equity Research, covering the pan European Mail & Logistics Sector. Alistair has also held positions at Credit Lyonnais Securities and Mees Pierson. 

Anthony Nutt said: "Alistair has significant experience analysing UK companies and we are delighted he will be joining Jupiter to boost resources on the UK Equity Income desk." 

Alistair Gunn said: "Jupiter's fund managers have a strong reputation for their stock picking skills. I believe the 21 years' experience I have gained as an analyst will add value to that process. I am delighted to be joining Anthony and the team."
