 Jupiter Merlin Balanced Portfolio (Acc)  

The Jupiter Merlin Balanced Portfolio is an actively managed fund of funds and could be suitable for investors who prefer to invest the majority of their assets in the UK but want to add an element of overseas exposure to their investments which our managers believe capable of producing superior total returns.

The funds held in the Jupiter Merlin Balanced Portfolio invest in international equities, fixed interest stocks, commodities and property. At least 15% will be invested in fixed interest stocks or cash with a maximum of 85% in equities. The largest geographical weighting within the underlying fund is in the UK, however, the portfolio will invest at least 10% in non-UK equities at all times.

The Portfolios are managed by John Chatfeild-Roberts, Peter Lawery and Algy Smith-Maxwell.

The Historic Yield reflects distributions paid or declared over the past twelve months as a percentage of the mid-market unit price as at the date shown. It does not include any initial charge and investors may be subject to tax on their distributions.

All of the Fund's expenses are charged to capital. This has the effect of increasing the distributions of the year by 2.40% and restraining the Fund's capital growth to an equivalent extent.
